They serve a fairly well-known kebab in the city named "takhtacha" (translates as "board"), made from minced meat with the addition of pieces of fat. Weight over 200 grams. As a salad onion with vinegar. Fast service. Located on the outskirts of the city, but this does not bother consumers, which indicates that this dish, simple as a board, is quite popular

The Shashlik is very good, tasty and juicy, comes with a complimentary portion of onion and radish under vinegar, The bread they serve is also good. It's not a restaurant in an international sense of the word, there is not going to be a Michelin star or incredible service, think of it more like a family run place, with tasty shashliks. While the interiors are nothing to write home about, they are decent and most importantly, clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. I don't speak Tajik, but most of the staff speaks Russian in such cases. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of meat used in their shashliks. Overall I highly recommend giving this place a visit if you're looking for a place to have some nice rustic food without any extra fanciness to price hike you.

Kababs in old styles. They have the best kababs in khujand. They don't have any other variety of food. Just Seekh kababs but very delicious. Service and ambiance was average but I ignored it. Must try
